A practicum for developing leaders, Leader Circles builds on the insights gained from the Leadership Foundations or Managing with a Coach Approach course (one of the two is required as a prerequisite) with the benefits of cooperative learning and growth.

Leader Circles walks small groups through a series of thought-provoking videos, exploring key concepts of building skills as a leader. Each video module is 12-20 minutes long and includes a downloadable worksheet with prompts and questions.

  • Leaders Circles is comprised of six short segments with a complete run time of 1.5 hours, however this course is designed to span across 6 or 12 months for the best ROI and knowledge sharing. I recommend you either pace your team to watch one video per month or one video every other month (depending on pace, intensity and preferences of your organization). Each employee is encouraged to watch one module on their own, complete the worksheets and then come prepared to the designated “Leaders Circle” discussion group to connect with colleagues and operationalize the material through discussions and action steps.
