I offer a variety of in-person and online workshops designed for professionals of all background. These public workshops are open to everyone in the business community — from companies of one, to teams of 10 or more — tackling topics such as business planning, leadership, customer service and work culture. They provide opportunities to network with other business leaders, and are an excellent fit for small teams for which internal trainings may be impractical or out of reach.

  • I seek to energize, motivate and instill new ideas that foster growth and continued conversation on the training themes, well after the event is over. My specialty is digging into your specific needs, and using that to inform both what I share, and how I share it. My process is collaborative and anchored in best practices.

  • The type and length of program, number of participants, and amount of customization will determine the investment. Let’s discuss this on your discovery call! Once I understand more about your aim and needs, I can recommend or customize the best services for you. And if my services aren’t a match, I am also happy to recommend other trainers, coaches or contractors from my network.

  • You name it, I’ve probably worked in your industry and with your size group (from 2 to 100’s). Most importantly, I aim to work with companies and cultures that are deeply interested in personal and professional development and are craving some energized, experienced, outside professional support.

  • My retreat services typically include pre-meetings with key stakeholders to design an impactful event, a customized retreat participant survey to gain insights prior to the event, day-off facilitation and a debrief meeting when desired. Meeting recordings, documentation, and follow-up can be customized.

  • Great question!

    Team Coaching is most often used to provide real-time support and counsel to a team of company leaders who are looking to build their skills. For example, I may attend your monthly leadership meeting, where we focus on management skills development or advise on customer services challenges. By coaching openly with a team, everyone benefits from the feedback and discussion. I serve as the teams’ coach, facilitator, and support behind the scenes.

    Strategy sessions are focused, internal events that I support with facilitation. Examples would be: a marketing planning session, problem-solving a business issue, or strategic planning off-site.

    Workshops are training events — you choose a topic you would like to have presented, and I customize an interactive training for your team on subjects such as leadership skills, customer service, or communication skills.

  • Yes — although I am not an HR specialist I have spent many years of my career both as a manager and trainer, working closely and collaborating with HR professionals. I also have trusted colleagues in the HR space, whom I contact for counsel when needed. If at any point you have a legal or technical HR matter, I will recommend you work with an HR specialist, but there is quite a bit I am able to advise you around including:

  • Yes, in most cases I am happy to travel to your event or office locations. Once we define the scope of work and required dates, we can determine if I am available and whether travel fees apply.
