  • Working with me is wholly collaborative — you get out what you put into it. My approach is compassionate, direct, practical and supportive. You need to be prepared to get engaged, get curious, and get vulnerable. I won't put you through a "formula for success" — I'll help you become the best version of yourself or support you in navigating what is next for you. I operate with true professionalism, holding my client relationship in the utmost confidence — and I also share with a huge dose of realism and a sense of humor to get us through the tough parts.

  • Workshop pricing typically ranges from $150 to $500 depending on the program. Coaching programs range from $450 to $7000 depending on package type and structure. Let's discuss this on your discovery call! Once I understand more about your aim and needs, I can recommend or customize the best services for you. And if my services aren't a match, I am also happy to recommend other coaches or contractors from my network.

Folks in the middle of their careers who leave employment to pursue their own thing. People just getting started and need guidance and direction, and others who’ve been at it for a while and are craving collaboration. Most importantly, I aim to work with people that are deeply interested in personal and professional development and craving some energized, experienced, outside professional support.

  • I am trained in the Co-active Business Coaching method and bring 25 years of facilitation experience, combined with 5,000+ hours of coaching experience. I combine coaching techniques with practical experience in a variety of work cultures and industries over the span of my career (leadership roles, sales & marketing, customer service, guiding teams, and applying self-management skills) to listen, support, challenge and guide you. I know what it’s like to be in the arena of solopreneurship, and my expertise is in providing you with the support and tools you need to succeed.

  • That will depend on your goals, and the coaching approach that works best for you. One day you may show up with a checklist of questions, another day we’ll tackle your most pressing issue, and another, you may just arrive at our session with the courage and open mind to explore areas you might not even be aware of yet. My approach is flexible and adaptable, helping guide our sessions both with big-picture strategy and on-the-fly versatility.

    If you want to get the most out of your coaching sessions, prepare by being in-tune with yourself. Then make sure not to book any obligations post-coaching session so you have time to truly sink into all the work we did together.
